These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and mobile applications published by OLD BARN LIMITED (香港陳倉科技有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR ("we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for your own non-commercial entertainment or informational purposes, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the store from which you obtained the application.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our applications, except where permitted by law.
  • Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from our applications.
  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our partners.
  • Use automated means to generate invalid advertising impressions, clicks or installs, or otherwise manipulate advertising metrics.
  • Use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Advertising fraud harms publishers, advertisers and users alike. We reserve the right to block access and to report suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Advertising

Our applications display advertising supplied by third-party networks and mediation platforms. We do not control the specific advertisements shown, and we are not responsible for the products, services or content they promote. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

4. In-app purchases

Where our applications offer in-app purchases, transactions are processed by the relevant application store, and are subject to that store's terms. Refunds are handled by the store in accordance with its policies.

5. Intellectual property

Our applications, websites and their contents — including text, graphics, logos and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Third-party services

Our applications incorporate third-party SDKs and may link to third-party sites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of our services at any time, including updating, or ceasing to support, an application. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time by uninstalling the application.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
